Abstract
With the advancement of the"healthy China"strategy and the shift from a disease-centered approach to a people's health-centered philosophy, smart healthcare,as an emerging technology, has entered the public view and is gradually being applied to address practical health issues. As a key component of smart healthcare, remote monitoring technology, carried by wearable devices and smartphone sensors, has been widely applied in numerous countries worldwide for the entire process of mental health monitoring, prevention, and treatment, demonstrating huge development potential.Taking the European digital health platform RADAR-base as an example, through remote data collection and analysis, remote monitoring technology has not only become a bridge connecting doctors and patients, enabling remote real-time assessment of patient's health status, but is also becoming an important driving force for the transformation of the European healthcare systems. However, this technology still faces several issues such as low accuracy of monitoring data, ambiguous equipment classification, and induced potential technology anxiety.Using the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats(SWOT)model for systematic analysis, this paper explored the potential challenges and opportunities of applying remote monitoring technology to mental health issues, providing a reference for the construction of smart mental health technologies.关键词
