城市轨道交通车辆段上盖物业开发交通组织研究
Study on the traffic organization of property above the depot of urban rail transit:Take the TOD project of Chongqing rail transit Sigongli depot as an example
摘要
Abstract
Taking the TOD project of Chongqing Rail Transit Sigongli Depot as an example,the paper has conducted an in-depth investigation into the traffic organization of property development above the depot of urban rail transit.Starting from the perspectives of regional and internal traffic,the study has systematically summarized and analyzed existing theories and practices,and has proposed a scientific and rational traffic organization plan.The results show that through reasonable traffic organization,the interference of rail transit superstructure property development to the surrounding traffic can be effectively reduced,the traffic efficiency can be improved,and an integrated layered three-dimensional transportation system can be created to promote the coordinated development of urban rail transit and property development,and promote the sustainable development of the city.关键词
