健康中国背景下破解医务社会工作发展困境的法治路径
Legal pathways to overcoming the development dilemma of medical social work under the background of healthy China
摘要
Abstract
Medical social work,characterized by its diversity,integration,and constructiveness,can optimize health services,promote the building of a healthy life,and play an important role in the construction of a"healthy China."However,the development of medical social work in China currently faces several challenges.For example,its positioning is unclear,the supply of services fails to meet the needs,and medical social workers often encounter ethical dilemmas.Through the analysis of 108 laws,regulations,and policy documents related to medical social work,it was found that there were some development dilemmas in medical social work,such as low-level legislation and scattered laws,predominantly declarative and selective provisions,as well as a lack of unified and practical ethical value regulations.Promoting the legalization of medical social work is an effective way to overcome its development dilemma.It is essential to perfect the legal system,enhance supporting mechanisms,and establish ethical value norms for medical social work.关键词
