Abstract

To investigate the influence of turnout structure irregularities on the dynamic response characteristics of vehicles passing through turnouts under different conditions such as different types of vehicles,directions,and speeds,the flexible deformation of rail in the turnout area was considered.Taking the high-speed railway No.18 unballasted turnout as the research object,a coupled dynamics model of vehicle-turnout rigid-flexible coupling was established.To accurately obtain the distribution characteristics of signals,synchrosqueezed wavelet transform technology was utilized to conduct time-domain and frequency-domain analyses of vehicle dynamic responses with different vehicles,turnout directions,and travel speeds.The results show that in different passing directions,the wheel load transition position is closer to the tip of the point rail,and the wheel load transition length is longer in the direct forward direction than that in the direct reverse direction.Two main vibration frequency bands below 150 Hz are identified in both the wheel-rail vertical force and axle box vertical vibration acceleration.These two main frequencies are measured to be approximately 10 Hz higher in the direct reverse direction than that in the direct forward direction.Different time-frequency characteristics are exhibited by various vehicle models.Compared with CRH2A and CRH380A,the wheel load transition position of CRH5 is significantly moved forward,with higher amplitudes and peak values of wheel-rail vertical force and axle box vertical vibration acceleration,along with higher vibration main frequency energy.When different vehicles are excited by the same structural irregularity,two main vibration frequency components below 150 Hz are primarily in the wheel-rail vertical force and axle box vertical vibration acceleration.Due to differences in vehicle parameters,variations in these two main frequencies and other frequency components above 400 Hz are noted.
