补虚健脾通络方对直肠前切除综合征患者的疗效及炎症细胞因子的影响
Effect of tonifying deficiency and invigorating spleen Tongluo formula on anterior rectal resection syndrome and influence of inflammatory cytokines

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of tonifying deficiency and invigorating spleen Tongluo formula on anterior rectal resection syndrome(ARS)and the effect on inflammatory cytokines.Methods A total of 116 ARS patients with temper deficiency from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups with 58 cases each by random number table method.The control group received basic rehabilitation training,and the observation group received basic rehabilitation training and was treated with tonifying deficiency and invigorating spleen Tongluo formula.The TCM syndrome scores of the patients were evaluated before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.The levels of inflammatory cytokines[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α,interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]and defecation-related indicators(score of defecation frequency and fecal incontinence frequency)of the patients were detected before and after treatment.QLQ-C30 score was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of ARS patients in observation group was 91.38％,which was higher than that in control group(75.86％,P＜0.05).The main,secondary and total scores of ARS patients in two groups were decreased after treatment,and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The levels of TNF-alpha,IL-6 and CRP in ARS patients in the two groups were all reduced after treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower(P＜0.05).The frequency of defecation and the frequency of fecal incontinence were decreased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and the frequency of defecation and frequency of fecal incontinence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The QLQ-C30 score of ARS patients in both groups was higher after treatment,and that in the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tonifying deficiency and invigorating spleen Tongluo formula can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ARS rectum,improve the therapeutic effect,improve the level of inflammation and defecation,and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety.关键词
