Abstract
Objective To design and observation of disposable detachable soft injection probe for the diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula.Methods 72 patients with anal fistula between January 2020 and December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group of 37 and 35 cases using a digital random table method.During the surgical treatment,the observation group used a disposable detachable soft injection probe to explore the fistula and internal opening,while the control group used a silver probe for exploration.Observe the exploration time and 3-month postoperative recurrence rate of fistula openings in two groups of patients with low simple anal fistula,high simple anal fistula,low complex anal fistula,and high complex anal fistula.Results The exploration time of the fistula opening in the observation group for low simple anal fistula,low complex anal fistula,high simple anal fistula,and high complex anal fistula was(1.02±0.67)min,(2.69±1.77)min,(4.26±2.69)min,and(7.26±3.22)min,respectively,all lower than the control group's(1.56±0.89)min,(3.56±2.78)min,(8.35±4.74)min,and(12.33±4.67)min.The recurrence rate in the observation group at 3 months after surgery was 7.69％,lower than the control group's 23.08％,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of disposable detachable soft injection probes in anal fistula surgery has significant advantages in exploration time and cure rate.关键词
