Abstract
With the global aging population increasing,the health of middle-aged and elderly people has received much attention.Although fitness walking is a common exercise for this group,it is often hindered by the physiological changes in their feet.This paper,based on the principles of biomechanics,analyzes the biomechanical characteristics of middle-aged and elderly feet and develops a new arch support technology through methods such as establishing a mechanical model of arch support,designing an adaptive arch support structure,and optimizing the materials for arch support.Experimental results show that fitness shoes with this technology can significantly reduce the peak pressure on the sole,optimize pressure distribution,improve joint range of motion,and reduce muscle fatigue,effectively enhancing the comfort,stability,and safety of walking for middle-aged and elderly people.This provides a new path for the development of fitness shoes for middle-aged and elderly people and helps improve their quality of life.关键词
