消退素E1在口腔疾病治疗中的研究进展
Research progress on the use of resolvin E1 in the treatment of oral diseases
摘要
Abstract
Inflammation response is the defense response of normal tissues to various external stimuli,which enables the body to maintain tissue homeostasis in the face of injury factors.However,if acute inflammation does not subside in time,it may evolve into a chronic inflammation response.Resolvin E1(RvE1)is a specific pro-inflammation mediator derived from eicosapentaenoic acid,which can promote inflammation resolution and restore tissue homeostasis.RvE1 has good therapeutic efficacy on oral diseases and has been preliminarily studied in animal models of pulpitis,periapical periodontitis,and periodontitis.Therefore,this article will explore the biosynthetic pathway and receptor mechanism of RvE1,and review its anti-inflammation effects and research progress in the field of oral medicine,aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of oral diseases.关键词
