基于护场理论消肿溃脓方联合金黄膏外敷对肛周脓肿术后修复的影响
Effect of Xiaozhong Kuiyong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment on the postoperative repair of perianal abscess based on the focus field protection theory

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration with Xiaozhong Kuiyong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment on the clinical efficacy of postoperative patients with perianal abscess based on the focus field protection theory.Methods Ninety patients randomly divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).Patients in the observation group were given oral administration Xiaozhong Kuiyong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment on the focus field protection,while patients in the control group were given oral administration Xiaozhong Kuiyong recipe,Course of treatment was 7 days.Detect WBC,CRP,and IL-6 before and after treatment;the scores of wound pain and granulation color,wound area,and protective field area were evaluated and recorded;the curative effect wase valuated,and the time of wound healing were recorded.Results The inflammatory indicators,anal pain,wound area,protective field area,wound healing time,and clinical efficacy of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences on the wound granulation color scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Based on the focus field protection theory,the application of oral administration Xiaozhong Kuiyong recipe combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment,can reduce the inflammation index of perianal abscess,promote the dissipation of inflammation,shorten the recovery time,and lower postoperative anal fistula formation,highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
