紧张型头痛评价指标研究进展
Research progress on evaluation indices for tension type headache
摘要
Abstract
Tension type headache is the commonest type of primary headache,and its diagnosis is mainly established according to the international headache classification standards,but it still follows non specific manifestations such as medical history.Sometimes the symptoms of primary headache overlap with those of other types,which can lead to vague diagnostic criteria and subjective evaluation of treatment effectiveness.Patients with tension type headache are prone to complications such as anxiety,depression,sleep disorders,cognitive dysfunction,and various neurological and neuropsychology disorders,and craniofacial muscle dysfunction.As research deepens,it has been discovered that some cytokines and neurotransmitters are involved in the pathogenesis of tension type headache.Through a review and summary of biomarkers related to comorbidities and pathogenesis of tension type headache,this article found that some indices may provide a more comprehensive,objective,and quantitative evaluation of tension type headache,thereby providing more basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment of tension type headache.关键词
