新疆鱼腥草水提物体外抗菌及抑制SGC-7901细胞生长的活性研究
Research on the in vitro antibacterial activity and inhibition of SGC-7901 cell growth by water extract of Houttuynia cordata from Xinjiang

Abstract
Objective To analyze the possible chemical components of water extract of Houttuynia cordata based on the chemical pre-test method,and to study its antibacterial and antitumor activity in vitro.Methods The precipitation and color reaction of water extract of Houttuynia cordata were observed by classical chemical pre-test method,combined with various indicators and chromogenic agents.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of water extract of Houttuynia cordata against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were detected by broth dilution method and plate colony counting method.MTT method was used to detect the inhibitory rate of different concentrations of water extract of Houttuynia cordata on gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 and evaluate its antitumor activity in vitro.Results The water extract of Houttuynia cordata contained amino acids,carbohydrate,glycosides,organic acids,phenols,tannins and other active components,and has good antibacterial activity in vitro,especially against Staphylococcus aureus.The water extract of Houttuynia cordata had a significant inhibitory effect on gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cells,with an inhibitory rate of 71.73%.Conclusion It is preliminarily determined that the water extract of Houttuynia cordata contains flavonoids and polysaccharides,and has certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and gastric gland SGC-7901 cells.It can be used as a potential antibacterial and antitumor active substance,which is worthy of material basis research.关键词
