临床医学在读研究生科研论文选题现状分析及对策探讨
Analysis of research topic selection status and improvement strategies for clinical medicine postgraduate students

Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation,existing problems,and needs of medical graduate students in selecting research paper topics,and to provide objective basis for the reasonable setting of teaching content and form of relevant courses.Method Convenience sampling was used from July 2022 to December 2023.A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 81 clinical medicine graduate students in three grades at the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University to investigate the current status,existing problems,and objective needs of research paper topics among medical graduate students in different grades.Descriptive analysis and χ2 test were conducted on the survey questionnaire data using SPSS 25.0.Results A total of 81 questionnaires were collected in this study,of which 76 were valid.The valid questionnaire collection rate was 94%,and the reliability coefficient(Cronbach's alpha)was greater than 0.8.The opening time of research papers for medical graduate students is mainly concentrated in the first and second semesters of the first year,and there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)among the three grades.When encountering difficulties in selecting a research paper topic,the main targets for seeking help from first to third grade students are the internet,senior students,and supervisors,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05)among the three grades.The proportion of people who changed their research direction was 22.73%in first grade,15.38%in second grade,and 17.86%in third grade,with no statistically significant difference between the grades(P>0.05).The direction selection and most critical guidance for scientific research topics are still mainly guided by mentors in each grade,and there is no statistically significant difference between grades(P>0.05).Conclusion Medical graduate students should first choose a clear research direction based on the guidance of their supervisors and their own interests.At the same time,medical schools should strengthen the construction of relevant research platforms,form excellent medical graduate training ladder teams,and carry out personalized training,which will be of great significance for improving the research ability and graduation thesis quality of medical graduate students.关键词
