补阳还五汤联合参附注射液对老年髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效
Healing effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shenfu injection on the formation of lower limb deep vein thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the healing effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shenfu injection(SFI)on the formation of lower limb deep vein thrombosis(LDVT)after total hip arthroplasty(THA)in elderly patients.Methods From February 2023 to January 2024,72 elderly THA patients diagnosed in our hospital were included as subjects.They were assigned into a conventional treatment group(n=36)and a combination group(n=36)using a random number table method.The conventional treatment group received conventional drug treatment,while the combination group received treatment with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with SFI.The incidence of LDVT,lower limb blood circulation[resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),ankle brachial index(ABI)],coagulation function related levels[D-dimer(D-D),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],recovery status(poor,moderate,good,excellent),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At 15 d after surgery,the incidence of LDVT in the combination group(2.78％)was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(22.22％)(P＜0.05).At 15 d after surgery,the RI,PI,and D-D of both groups were obviously lower than before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05).At 15 d after surgery,the ABI,PT,and APTT of both groups were obviously higher than before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of postoperative follow-up,the excellent and good rate of hip joint recovery in the combination group(97.22％)was obviously higher than that in the conventional treatment group(77.78％)(P＜0.05).There was no obvious difference in total adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction and SFI can effectively reduce LDVT after THA,improve lower limb blood circulation,improve coagulation function related levels,and increase the postoperative recovery rate without additional adverse reactions.The healing effect is ideal.关键词
