Abstract
Based on the census data and traffic information of Luoyang City,Henan Province,the paper systematically analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of medical resources and their service accessibility in urban areas.The results show that the distribution of hospitals in Luoyang urban area is relatively concentrated,mainly focusing on the old city,the Qianhe Hui area,the east and west of Xigong District,and the northeast of Jianxi District,while the medical resources in Yanshi District and Mengjin District are insufficient.Through the analysis of spatial accessibility,it is found that the medical services show obvious spatial differentiation characteristics,and the high-accessibility areas are mainly distributed in the radiation range of the existing medical institutions.The results of spatial overlay analysis reveal the distribution law of medical facilities in Luoyang City:the spatial layout presents typical characteristics of diffusion from the center to the periphery,and is highly correlated with factors such as population density,location of medical institutions and transportation network.The higher the concentration of population and the more developed the transportation network,the higher the concentration of medical facilities.关键词
