基于网络药理学探讨"生姜-陈皮"药理作用机制
The pharmacological mechanism of"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"based on network pharmacology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of action of the"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"drug pair using network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients,effective targets and diseases of the"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"pair were collected and screened,and enrichment analysis was performed.Results 17 active ingredients of ginger,10 active ingredients of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,and 10 target proteins of"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"pair were screened,and the enrichment analysis showed that their biological processes were most closely related to cell metabolism and apoptosis,and the cancer pathway was the most significant.Conclusion"Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium"pairs may have better therapeutic effects on various types of cancers,especially hepatocellular carcinoma,by regulating the cell cycle process and controlling cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.关键词
