Abstract
Objective To determine the content of hydrogen sulfide in acetylcysteine injection in order to control product quality.Methods Gas chromatography method with a flame photometric detector and headspace sampling technique to detect hydrogen sulfide content in acetylcysteine injection through a controlled variable approach.Results Hydrogen sulfide showed a linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.25 to 4.00 µg/ml,with the minimum detectable concentration of 0.025 µg/ml.Conclusion The detection results obtained using this method are stable and reliable,allowing for the accurate and rapid determination of hydrogen sulfide in acetylcysteine injection.关键词
