2019-2024年心力衰竭延续护理研究热点的共词聚类分析
Co-occurrence clustering analysis of research hotspots of extended care for heart failure from 2019 to 2024
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo,hotspots and development trend of extended care for heart failure(HF).Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Database and Web of Science Database were taken as data sources,and"heart failure"and"extended care"were considered as key words,the related articles of extended care for HF from January 2019 to January 2024 were searched in this paper,and the co-occurrence chart and keyword clustering chart of papers were analyzed and drawn by using CiteSpace visualization software.Results A total of 765 Chinese documents and 245 English documents were included in the analysis,and the annual number of articles showed an overall increase and then a slight decline.Keyword co-occurrence and keyword clustering showed that the eldly,quality of life(QoL)and readmission were research hotspots at home and abroad.Conclusion Domestic HF and extended care research focuses on the QoL of patients,but there is a lack of research on the diversification of intervention methods and the related factors of intervention implementation.In the future,we should expand the depth and breadth of research in this field and formulate a more suitable extended care plan for domestic HF patients.关键词
