人体水分指标与肥胖的相关性研究
Research on the correlation between human body water indices and obesity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between human body water indices and obesity,and evaluate the predictive value of water indices for obesity.Methods A total of 485 hospitalized patients admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were collected.According to their body mass index(BMI)levels,the study subjects were divided into the obesity group(n=138),the overweight group(n=161),and the control group(n=186).The differences in general information,body water indices and laboratory indices were compared in three groups of patients.The correlation between water and metabolic indices and obesity(BMI and waist circumference)was analyzed.The impacting factors of obesity were investigated.The predictive values of extracellular water(ECW)/total body water(TBW)and intracellular water(ICW)for obesity were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Results ECW/TBW and ICW were positively correlated with BMI and waist circumference(P<0.05).ECW/TBW and ICW were independent risk factors for obesity(P<0.05).ECW/TBW and ICW had predictive value for obesity occurrence,and the combined predictive value of the two indices was higher.Conclusion ECW/TBW and ICW are independent risk factors for obesity and have good predictive value for obesity.关键词
