清中汤联合穴位埋线治疗残端修整术后NSAIDs相关性胃病的长期疗效及生存分析
Long-term efficacy and survival analysis of Qing Zhong Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of NSAIDs-related gastropathy after stump revision

Abstract
Objective To investigate the long-term efficacy of Qing Zhong Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)-related gastropathy after stump revision and its impact on the survival rate of patients,and to compare it with other treatment schemes.Methods A total of 67 patients with NSAIDs-related gastropathy diagnosed in Fuzhou Second General Hospital from January 2016 to January 2023 were retrospectively collected and divided into three groups according to intervention methods:the combined treatment group(Qing Zhong Decoction+acupoint catgut embedding),the acupuncture group(acupoint catgut embedding)and the western medicine group(omeprazole orally).The TCM syndrome score,gastroscopy score,outcome time and response rate of each group at different time periods were evaluated.Results There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,visual analogue scale(VAS)of residual limb pain before treatment and the use time of NSAIDs in the three groups of patients(P>0.05).Before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome scores in the groups of patients(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the combined treatment group was obviously lower than that of the other two groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).9 and 12 weeks after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the three groups of TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).The response rate of TCM syndrome score in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the other two groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was also a statistically significant difference in the outcome time of the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of Qing Zhong Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding has better therapeutic efficacy,which can reach the effective stage of treatment faster and relieve symptoms faster.关键词
