摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of timed traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ointment massage based on the theory of Ziwu Liuzhu on patients with stomachache due to spleen and stomach deficiency cold type, and to analyze and compare the therapeutic effects of TCM ointment massage at Chen time(7:00-9:00)and non-Chen time. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 60 patients with stomachache due to spleen and stomach cold deficiency admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024.The patients were divided into the Chen time group(7:00-9:00)and the non-Chen time group based on the actual treatment time. The Chen time group received TCM ointment massage at Chen time(7:00-9:00)on Zhongwan, bilateral Tianshu, and Guanyuan acupoints, once a day for 7 consecutive days as one course of treatment. The non-Chen time group received TCM ointment massage at non-Chen time. The therapeutic effects and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results The TCM symptom scores of the Chen time group were lower than those of the non-Chen time group after intervention, and the prognosis of the Chen time group was better than that of the non-Chen time group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention plan of timed TCM ointment massage based on the theory of Ziwu Liuzhu(at Chen time)has a better effect on reducing clinical symptoms and improving TCM syndromes than the conventional TCM ointment massage group.关键词
