Abstract
The implementation of ecological environment zoning control is of great significance for deepening the battle against pollution prevention and scientifically guiding various development,protection,and construction activities.Based on this,the environmental protection and resource utilization issues in the process of high-quality economic and social development in Zhoushan city were analyzed,and the implementation of ecological environment zoning control was analyzed from the aspects of strictly adhering to the ecological protection red line,environmental quality bottom line,resource utilization upper line,and formulating an ecological environment access list,providing technical support for promoting green development.关键词
