Abstract
In the process of the increasing development of the society,people's aesthetic needs are constantly changing,and the requirements for modern art design are also getting higher and higher.Modern art design works on the market emerge in an endless stream,but there are many problems such as single design form,lack of cultural heritage and uniformity,which are difficult to meet the diversified aesthetic needs of the audience.After thousands of years of development,the folk art elements have rich shapes and profound cultural connotations,and have obvious commonalities with modern art design.The integration of the two can strengthen the localization characteristics of design works,break through the limitations of design thinking,and promote the effective dissemination of traditional culture.Therefore,modern art designers must actively understand the elements of folk art,and skillfully integrate them into their own design,to create more unique works,to meet people's diversified needs.This paper explores the significance of the application of folk art elements in modern art design,points out the challenges facing the application of folk art elements in modern art design,and puts forward the practical application strategy of folk art elements in modern art design.关键词
