中药蜡泥贴及温阳健脾膏对慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用研究
Research on the effect of Chinese herbal wax plaster and yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment on chronic atrophic gastritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of self-heating Chinese herbal wax plaster and yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)of the spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with CAG admitted to the Outpatient and Inpatient Departments of Panyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the Chinese herbal wax plaster group(n=30,treated with basic western medicine scheme combined with Chinese herbal wax plaster),the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group(n=30,treated with basic western medicine scheme combined with yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription)and the control group(n=30,treated with basic western medicine scheme only)according to the random number table method for comparative research.The effects of various treatment schemes on improving the clinical symptoms,gastric mucosal blood supply and gastric mucosal inflammation of patients with CAG of the spleen and stomach deficiency type were observed.Results After the course of treatment,the significant improvement rate of clinical symptoms in the Chinese herbal wax plaster group and the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group were all significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the Chinese herbal wax plaster group and the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of endoscopic lesions and the total score of histological and pathological changes in the Chinese herbal wax plaster group and the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group were all significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05),and the Chinese herbal wax plaster group was slightly superior to that in the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),all of which in the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)of the three groups were all significantly superior to those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the GAS and MTL of the Chinese herbal wax plaster group and the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group were all significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05),and both GAS and MTL of the Chinese herbal wax plaster group were slightly superior to those of the yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of basic western medicine,the application of self-heating Chinese herbal wax plaster to the Zhongwan acupoint(CV12)or oral administration of yang-warming and spleen-strengthening ointment prescription has good effects on relieving the clinical symptoms of CAG of the spleen and stomach deficiency type,which can effectively improve the gastroscope indices of CAG patients,promote the secretion of gastric hormones and improve the blood supply of gastric mucosa.关键词
