不同囊肿直径单纯性肝囊肿患者接受乙醇与高渗葡萄糖冲洗治疗的效果分析
Analysis on the therapeutic efficacy of ethanol and hypertonic glucose irrigation treatment on patients with simple hepatic cyst with different cyst diameters

Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic efficacy of ethanol and hypertonic glucose irrigation treatment on simple hepatic cyst.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with simple hepatic cyst admitted to and treated in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City from January 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=40,with ethanol irrigation)and the study group(n=40,with hypertonic glucose irrigation)according to different treatment schemes.The cyst diameter,cyst volume reduction rate,inflammation index and hepatic function index were compared between the two groups.According to the cyst diameter,patients in the control group were divided into group A(<10 cm)and group B(≥10 cm),patients in the study group were divided into group C(<10 cm)and group D(≥10 cm).The cyst volume reduction rate of each group A,group B,group C,group D was compared.Results After treatment,the cyst diameter in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,and the cyst volume reduction rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the hepatic function indices of the two groups decreased remarkably,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The volume realuction tate of cyst in group B was less than that in group A,and that in group D was less than that in group C,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ethanol irrigation treatment,hypertonic glucose irrigation is more helpful to improve the volume reduction rate of simple liver cyst and inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the body.The smaller the cyst is,the higher the volume reduction rate is after treatment,but the two treatments have similar effects on improving hepatic function.In addition,no matter what treatment is taken,the therapeutic efficacy is inversely proportional to the volume of hepatic cyst.关键词
