Clinical Comprehensive Evaluation of WuMiaoShuiXian Gao
摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to deeply understand the characteristics and potential value of WuMiaoShuiXianGao,a comprehensive clinical evaluation of WuMiaoShuiXianGao was conducted.Methods A scientific and standardized data integration analysis and comprehensive judgment combining qualitative and quantitative methods should be carried out around six dimensions:the effectiveness,safety,economy,suitability,accessibility and innovation of the Five Treasures Narcissus Ointment.Results Efficacy:Meta-analysis demonstrated that WuMiaoShuiXianGao showed total effectiveness rates of 79%～98%in treating pigmented nevi,flat warts,herpes zoster,and condyloma acuminatum,with low observed heterogeneity.Safety:WuMiaoShuiXianGao primarily caused mild and tolerable adverse reactions,with no reports of serious adverse events.Cost-effectiveness:The cost-benefit analysis demonstrated that compared with the imiquimod cream group,the WuMiaoShuiXianGao group showed superior therapeutic efficacy at lower treatment costs,indicating significant cost-effectiveness of WuMiaoShuiXianGao in treating flat warts.The package insert for WuMiaoShuiXianGao is relatively well-standardized with clearly specified indications,though certain details regarding dosage and administration remain somewhat ambiguous.WuMiaoShuiXianGao demonstrates excellent market accessibility,being available in 24 provinces and municipalities across China.Its broad range of approved indications significantly reduces the economic burden on patients.Moreover,this traditional Chinese medicine preparation has been honored with multiple scientific accolades including the National Science and Technology Progress Award and National Invention Patents,demonstrating its strong technological innovation capabilities.Conclusion Although WuMiaoShuiXianGao has a certain system in terms of effectiveness,safety,innovation and accessibility,high-quality evidence still needs to be supplemented.Further in-depth research should be conducted in terms of economy and adaptability.关键词
