Abstract
The paper aims to investigate the application effectiveness of a construction management platform in urban rail transit project management.An information carrier platform based on building information modeling(BIM)and an integrated platform with functional modules such as schedule management,cost control,and safety and quality supervision are used to analyze the actual case of the Xicheng Rail Transit Line S1.The results indicate that the platform addressed issues such as unclear responsibility assignment,inefficient schedule control,weak cost management,and insufficient safety and quality monitoring.It also mitigated the data silo phenomenon and enabled standardized data exchange and resource sharing,thereby shortening the construction period and saving costs.The study demonstrates that the construction management platform developed in this paper optimized the project management process,enhanced engineering management efficiency and decision-making support levels,and strengthened cost control capabilities,providing a reference for the digital transformation of the industry.关键词
