Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of narrative nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressure and balanced cupping on insomnia patients.Method:A total of 116 insomnia patients admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to different intervention programs,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ear point compression and balanced cupping intervention,while the experimental group was treated with narrative nursing combined with ear point compression and balanced cupping intervention.The TCM symptom score,sleep quality score and bad mood score were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,sleep quality score and bad mood score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of TCM symptoms,sleep quality and bad mood were all decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing combined with auricular acupoint pressure and balanced cupping intervention can improve the Chinese syndrome score of insomnia patients,improve their sleep quality,and reduce their anxiety and depression.关键词
