Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the trinity of extended nursing in multi-drug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)patients.Method:A total of 118 MDR-TB patients admitted to Deyang People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the research group implemented trinity extended nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological status[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9)score],medication compliance[eight-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)assessment],quality of life[Short Form36-Item Health Survey score(SF-36)]and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:On the 30th day of intervention,HAMA and PHQ-9 scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMAS-8 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of SF-36 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of trinity extended nursing can effectively improve the mental state,medication compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of MDR-TB patients.关键词
