舌项针透刺治疗脑梗死后运动性构音障碍的效果观察
Observation on efficacy of tongue and nape acupuncture method in healing the motor dysarthria after cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Tongue and nape acupuncture with Penetration neeling method in the treatment of motor dysarthria with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 52 patients with motor dysplasia after cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Department of Acupuncture of Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December 2024 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.In addition to the basic treatments such as conventional improvement of cerebral blood supply given to both groups,the observation group received transpenetrating therapy with a nial needle.The control group received common acupuncture therapy.After 4 weeks of treatment for both groups,the modified Frenchay dysarthria assessment(FDA),speech intelligibility(SI),maximum counting ability(MCA),and maximum phonation time(MPT)of the patients in both groups before and after treatment were compared and evaluated.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total number of items a in the FDA and the SI in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group.The FDA classification results and SI were statistically compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MCA and MPT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the FDA classification results,MCA,MPT and SI of the observation group were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),the FDA classification results of the control group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the MCA,MPT and SI of the control group were all higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Tongue and nape acupuncture with Penetration neeling method can significantly improve the articulation function in patients with motor dysarthria with cerebral infarction,and the efficacy is better than that of conventional acupuncture.关键词
