针刀触激星状神经节联合和胃安神针刺法治疗慢性失眠的临床研究
Clinical research of the treatment of chronic insomnia by stellate ganglion stimulation with acupuncture knife combined with Hewei Anshen acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion stimulation with acupuncture knife combined with Hewei Anshen acupuncture in the treatment of chronic insomnia with disharmony of spleen and stomach syndrome.Methods A total of 120 chronic insomnia patients with disharmony of spleen and stomach syndrome from Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Department of Internal Medicine of Beijing Tongzhou District Hospital of Integrated TCM&Western Medicine from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table and there are 40 cases in each group.The trial group 1 was treated with stellate ganglion stimulation with acupuncture knife combined with Hewei Anshen acupuncture,the trial group 2 was treated with Hewei Anshen acupuncture,the control group was treated with estazolam tablet.The clinic efficacy was compared between three groups according to Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of gastrointestinal disease scale.Results In terms of PSQI scores,after the treatment,the scores of three groups all had significant improvement compared with that before treatment,which has statistical significance(P<0.05),the improvement in both trial groups was better than that in the control group,which has statistical significance(P<0.05),the improvement in trial group 1 was better than that in trial group 2,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of gastrointestinal disease scale scores,after the treatment,the scores of both trial groups had significant improvement compared with that before treatment,which has statistical significance(P<0.05),the improvement in both trial groups was better than that in the control group,which has statistical significance(P<0.05),the improvement in trial group 1 was better than that in trial group 2,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion stellate ganglion stimulation combined with Hewei Anshen acupuncture has a significant effect on chronic insomnia with disharmony of spleen and stomach syndrome,which is safe and worthy of clinical application.关键词
