Abstract
Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of pressure antithrombotic pump on patients with femoral fractures.Method:Sixty patients with femoral fracture who received treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with pressure antithrombotic pump nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Result:The coagulation index of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of joint function score,motor function score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and fracture healing time in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of pressure antithrombotic pump intervention on patients with femoral fracture is obvious,which can fully improve the postoperative recovery of patients and improve their quality of life.关键词
