Abstract
Objective To summarize the medication law of differentiation and treatment by Professor Cao Bo on colorectal cancer after radical resection.Methods The prescriptions of patients with colorectal cancer after radical resection admitted to and treated by Professor Cao Bo in the Department of Proctology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to March 2024 were collected,and a database was established.The data were analyzed by using the methods of association rules and cluster analysis,etc.of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software.Results 70 prescriptions that met the standard were included,involving 80 types of Chinese materia medica,of which 23 types were used more than 15 times,and the top 5 flavors were largehead atractylodes rhizome,Chinese angelica,barbated skullcup herb,milkvetch root and oldenlandia.In terms of the four qi,warming herbs were primarily used.Among the five flavors,sweet and bitter herbs were the most commonly used.The meridians to which these herbs were attributed were mainly the lung,spleen,liver,and stomach.The results of association rule analysis showed that Chinese angelica-largehead atractylodes rhizome was the most frequently used,followed by milkvetch root-largehead atractylodes rhizome,barbated skullcup herb-largehead atractylodes rhizome and so on.Four groups of herbal formula combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor Cao Bo believes that the treatment of colorectal cancer after radical resection should take both the symptoms and root causes into consideration,focusing on strengthening the spleen and benefiting the stomach,supplemented by clearing away heat and toxic materials,clearing away heat and promoting diuresis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.关键词
