个体化健康教育联合饮食指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理价值

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of individualized health education and dietary guidance for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Method:A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Shenzhen Luohu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random computer method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group combined individualized health education with dietary guidance.Blood glucose level,self-care ability and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized health education combined with dietary guidance can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of gestational diabetes patients and improve their self-care ability and quality of life by enhancing patients'cognition,promoting the formation of a healthy lifestyle,scientific and reasonable dietary management and other multi-action mechanisms.关键词
