美沙拉嗪联合加味甘草泻心汤对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及其对炎症因子水平的影响
To investigate the therapeutic effect of mesalazine combined with modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction on ulcerative colitis and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of mesalazine combined with modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its impact on levels of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 50 cases of UC patients admitted to Zunyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the subjects,and were divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases)by randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with mesalazine combined with modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the improvement of the TCM syndrome score and the effect on the levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin[IL]-6,IL-10,IL-17)were analyzed before and after the treatment of the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group exhibited significantly superior clinical efficacy and improvements in TCM syndrome scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-17 of patients in the two groups were reduced after treatment,and the reduction of the observation group was more pronounced than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10 of patients in the two groups were elevated after treatment,and the elevation of the observation group was more pronounced than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional mesalazine treatment,the use of modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction can better improve the clinical symptoms of UC patients,enhance the clinical efficacy and reduce the inflammatory response,which may be achieved by restoring the immune balance of the body,and is worth to be popularized and applied in the clinic.关键词
