Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of simple exhaust exercises combined with meridian massage therapy on postoperative bloating and gastrointestinal function in children undergoing painless gastroscopy.Method:Seventy children with painless gastroenteroscopy admitted to the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine painless gastroenteroscopy nursing care,and the observation group was given simple exhaling exercise combined with massage therapy intervention on the basis of routine painless gastroenteroscopy nursing care.The flatulence score,gastrointestinal function recovery time and nursing satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the bloating scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 hour,3 hours,and 6 hours after surgery(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter time for the first exhaust and disappearance of bloating after surgery compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing care among the families of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simple exhaust exercises combined with meridian massage therapy can reduce postoperative bloating in children undergoing painless gastroscopy,accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing care for children's families.关键词
