摘要

Abstract

In the dual context of global climate change and sustainable development,the construction industry is undergoing an important low-carbon transformation,and the rapidly developing digital and intelligent technologies are providing new impetus for this transformation.The paper briefly introduces the current application of digital and intelligent technologies in architectural design,and discusses the design principles of low-carbon smart buildings,including energy efficiency optimization and intelligent equipment control.Combining the typical case of Tencent Binhai Tower,the paper analyzes how digital and intelligent technologies can suppress the growth of carbon emissions in architectural design,construction,and operation,enhance the overall function and performance of urban buildings,and help promote the low-carbon,green,and intelligent development of the construction industry.
