艾灸联合二氧化碳激光疗法对压力性尿失禁患者的治疗效果
Therapeutic efficacy of moxibustion combined with carbon dioxide laser therapy in patients with stress urinary incontinence
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of moxibustion combined with carbon dioxide laser therapy on patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods A total of 100 patients with SUI(admitted to Hechi Hospital Affiliated to Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from July 2021 to December 2023)were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser therapy,while the observation group was treated with moxibustion simultaneously.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,as well as the differences in symptom scores(international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-urinary incontinence short form[ICI-Q-SF]),pelvic floor muscle strength,and quality of life(urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire[I-QOL]).Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,which met the statistical difference standard(P<0.05).After treatment,the ICI-Q-SF score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,which met the statistical difference standard(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength score of type Ⅰ muscle was higher than that of type Ⅱ muscle in the observation group,which met the statistical difference standard(P<0.05).After treatment,the I-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which met the statistical difference standard(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of moxibustion and carbon dioxide laser therapy significantly improves clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with SUI.This combined approach not only enhances therapeutic efficacy but also effectively strengthens pelvic floor muscle function.关键词
