Abstract
In response to the low efficiency of recycled water utilization in the northwest region,a system dynamics based evaluation model for the supply and demand system of recycled water was constructed to more accurately reflect the dynamic changes in the supply and demand relationship of recycled water.A multi-stage optimization method for urban recycled water utilization model was proposed to improve the utilization efficiency of recycled water and reduce the cost of recycled water utilization.The results showed that the average relative errors between the simulated and actual values of sewage discharge and recycled water supply were 3.84%and 8.27%,respectively.After optimizing the reclaimed water prices for different users,the reclaimed water prices for domestic water,municipal water,and industrial water are 0.80,0.42yuan/m3,and 1.45 yuan/m3 respectively.The results indicate that the proposed method can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of recycled water,contribute to the sustainable development of urban water resources,water environment,and water ecology,and provide decision support for relevant departments in water resource management,environmental protection,and urban planning.关键词
