摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the function of retrospective Electrocardiogram(ECG)editing to improve the image quality of Coronary CT Angiograohy(CTA)Method:A total of 118 patients admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 with abnormal ECG(including arrhythmia and ECG pseudo-error or interference)were selected as the study objects, and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 59 cases in each group. The control group underwent retrospective electrocardiogated spiral scan, and the observation group underwent retrospective electrocardiogated spiral scan and re-edited by electrocardiography. The image quality was scored by double-blind method, and the average CT value, noise and Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)of the image were recorded.Result:Compared with the control group, the total excellent rate of image quality was higher in the observation group, and the average CT value was higher.Noise value was lower,SNR was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with patients with arrhythmia in the control group, the overall excellent rate of image quality was higher in the observation group, and the average CT value was higher.Noise value was lower,SNR was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total excellent rate of image quality was higher, the average CT value was higher.noise value was lower and SNR was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ECG editing function of retrospective ECG gating technique used in 64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging can improve the accuracy of image quality.关键词
