Abstract
The paper discusses the application and effect of automatic control system in Shenyang Sifangtai Water Purification Plant.The system uses programmable logic controller(PLC)for distributed control,and realizes the whole network control structure through industrial Ethernet,which can monitor and control all equipment and instruments in the water plant in real time.The system has functions such as data management,alarm,trend analysis,etc.,and realizes human-computer interaction through configuration software.The results show that the automatic control system significantly improves the efficiency of water treatment,improves the safety of water quality,reduces labor cost and work intensity,and provides data visualization and decision support for management.The successful practice of Sifangtai Water Purification Plant provides a reference for the intelligent upgrading of rural water supply facilities.关键词
