子宫瘢痕妊娠患者实施不同治疗方案的临床效果观察
Clinical Effect of Implementing Different Treatment Options in Patients with Uterine Scar Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effects of different treatment schemes for pregnant patients with uterine scar.Method:A total of 236 pregnant patients with uterine scar admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,and 141 patients in the control group were treated with uterine cleaning(guided by B-ultrasound or hysteroscopy).95 patients in observation group underwent laparoscopic or transvaginal treatment.After surgical treatment,operation time,hospital stay,human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)value and blood loss were statistically compared.Result:After treatment,the results of the two groups were compared.It was found that,the patients in the observation group had shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,shorter menstrual recovery time and shorter hospital stay,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood hCG value in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 days after operation,and the recovery time of blood hCG value in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pregnant patients with uterine scar,treatment methods can be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of patients,among which different laparoscopic operations can help reduce the length of hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss of patients,and promote postoperative recovery.关键词
