Abstract
Objective:To the efficacy of percutaneous reduction and fixation with minimally invasive steel plate fixation through the tarsal sinus incision for the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Method:A total of 82 patients with calcaneal fracture admitted to Shunchang County Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.Group A was treated with percutaneous prying reduction and fixation,and group B was treated with minimally invasive plate internal fixation through tarsal sinus incision.The operative efficacy,perioperative indexes,fracture reduction,AOFAS score and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between group A and group B(P>0.05).After operation,calcaneal bone width and calcaneal bone height decreased in both groups,while Cissane Angle,Bohler Angle and AOFAS score increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).But there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).The operation time,incision healing time and hospital stay in group A were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and complication rate in group A were lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both percutaneous reduction and fixation and minimally invasive steel plate internal fixation through the tarsal sinus incision can achieve good results in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.However,percutaneous reduction and fixation have less trauma,fewer postoperative complications,and are beneficial for patient prognosis.关键词
