MRI扫描技术与CT检查对急性膝关节外伤的诊断准确性评估
Evaluation of diagnostic accuracy of MRI and CT in acute knee joint trauma

Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and computed tomography(CT)in patients with acute knee joint trauma.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute knee joint trauma admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hengyang Medical College,University of South China,from February 2023 to February 2024 were enrolled.All patients underwent both MRI and CT examinations.Diagnostic efficacy,accuracy,cost,time,and safety were analyzed and compared between the two imaging modalities.Results The diagnostic sensitivity of MRI was 98.02%,the specificity was 78.95%,and the accuracy was 95.00%,which were higher than those of CT diagnostic sensitivity of 94.06%,specificity of 57.90%,and accuracy of 88.33%.Among them,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of sensitivity and accuracy(P>0.05).The difference in specificity comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05)Furthermore,MRI showed higher sensitivity than CT in detecting various types of knee joint injuries,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Although the cost and time required for MRI were higher than those for CT,MRI was safer than CT,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute knee joint trauma,MRI is recommended as the preferred diagnostic modality due to its higher accuracy and scientific value,which can facilitate more effective treatment planning.关键词
