摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of bone cement in percutaneous kyphoplasty for patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Method:Sixty-five patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group cosisted of 33 cases(high dose injection of 4.0~8.0 mL)and the experimental group consisted of 32 cases(low dose injection of 2~3.9 ml). They were followed up for 6 months after surgery, and the perioperative indexes, pain, thoracolumbar function, injured spine height and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the operation time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in length of hospital stay and frequency of X-ray exposure between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Oswestry Disability index(ODI),anterior margin height and intermediate height between the two groups(P>0.05).The numerical score of pain degree(NRS)at 3 months and 6 months after operation in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the complication rate was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous kyphoplasty with high-dose or low-dose bone cement has achieved good results in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures, but the operation with low-dose bone cement takes less time, which can relieve patients'pain and reduce complications.关键词
