自动管电流技术联合迭代重建算法在低剂量CT尿路造影中的应用
Application of automatic tube current technology combined with iterative reconstruction algorithm in low-dose CT urography

Abstract
Objective To reduce the radiation dose of CT urography(CTU)and improve image quality,so as to conduct application research on the automatic tube current technology combined with iterative reconstruction algorithm.Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent CTU examination at Peng'an County People's Hospital from August 2023 to June 2024 were collected and divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=51)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional dose based CTU scanning(120 kV,200 mAs)and reconstructed images using filtered back projection(FBP),while the observation group was treated with low-dose methods(100 kV,automatic tube current modulation)CTU scanning and image reconstruction and iDose4 iterative algorithm.The volumetric CT dose index(CTDIvol)and dose length product(DLP)were automatically generated by the device,and the effective dose(ED)was calculated using the formula(ED=DLP×k).The signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)of scanned images of two groups of patients were measured objectively,and the image quality was scored subjectively,and then the radiation dose and image quality of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The CTDIvol,DLP,and ED of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SNR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the subjective scores of CNR and image quality between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional dose based CTU imaging,automatic tube current technology combined with iterative reconstruction algorithm can effectively reduce patient radiation dose while ensuring high-quality diagnostic images.关键词
