服务本位的高职学生管理工作育人价值旨归、理念转型与实践创新
Value Orientation,Conceptual Transformation and Practical Innovation of Service-oriented Management for Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract
Student management work is a key entry point for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents,and to assist in the cultivation of high-quality applied technical and skilled talents.The management of higher vocational college students needs to comprehensively grasp the value order of promoting students'all-round development,serving economic and social development,and serving the national development strategy of enhancing students'comprehensive development,serving adhere to the approach of moving from the outside to the inside,and make student management more humane and service-oriented;adhere to the transition from regulations to contracts,and make student management more effective in providing educational services based on the rule of law;persist in moving from commonality to individuality,and make student management more culturally rich in educational services.At practical level,the management of higher vocational college students should be guided by the spirit of educators,actively promoting the construction of a"collaborative and co-educational"pattern in student management work;taking the cultivation of comprehensive literacy as the core,efficiently promoting the formation of the main chain of"integrated education"in student management work;focusing on integrating ideological and political education into affairs management,so as to effectively promote the high-quality development of"deep integration education"in student management work.关键词
