Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of the goodwill-listening-talking-cooperation(GLTC)doctor-patient communication mode applied in pediatric abdominal surgery on family members'awareness of surgery-related knowledge and children's psychological stress and cooperation degree.Method:94 children admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University From January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.And they were divided into the control group(experiencing conventional communication mode)and the GLTC group(experiencing GLTC doctor-patient communication mode)using the envelope method,with 47 cases in each group.Family members'awareness of surgery-related knowledge,children's psychological stress and cooperation degree after intervention were compared between groups.Result:After intervention,the awareness of surgical knowledge of family members in both groups was significantly higher than before intervention,and GLTC group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in GLTC group were higher than those before intervention,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and VAS scores in control group were significantly higher than before intervention,and were significantly higher than GLTC group the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).The total cooperation in GLTC group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying GLTC doctor-patient communication mode in pediatric abdominal surgery can enhance family members'awareness of surgery-related knowledge,alleviate children's psychological stress,and effectively improve their cooperation degree.关键词
