Analysis on the Integrated Development of Specialty Clusters in Higher Vocational Colleges and Regional Industrial Clusters under the New Development Pattern

Abstract
The concept of specialty clusters construction of higher vocational education in China has undergone the transformation from"service-centered and employment-oriented"to"serving development-centered and enhancing employment-oriented",and then to"serving high-quality development and promoting high-level employment",and it is fundamentally driven by the transformation of regional industrial clusters.The integrated development of specialty clusters of higher vocational education and regional industrial clusters under the new development pattern is conducive to strengthening the positioning of vocational education types,promoting the organic connection of the education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain,and promoting the unity of serving industry development and comprehensive student development.In order to promote the integrated development of specialty clusters and regional industrial clusters of higher vocational education in the future,it is necessary to establish an industry-education integration community and create a coupling organization between professional clusters and industrial clusters;build a vocational education and training system that integrates industry and education,and promote the appreciation of human capital;establish an innovation consortium coupling industry,education and science to lead knowledge and technological innovation;inherit the excellent culture of diverse integration and promote the innovation of cluster culture.关键词
