调神针法对帕金森病抑郁患者生存质量的影响研究
Study on the Effect of the Acupuncture Method on the Quality of Life of Depressed Patients with Parkinson's Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the application of the Spirit-tuning acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson's disease depression patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with Parkinson's disease and depression admitted to Qianxinan Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to whether regulating spirit acupuncture was introduced into the treatment,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic drugs for Parkinson's disease,the observation group was given modulation acupuncture treatment,and the control group was given placebo acupuncture treatment(non-meridian and non-point acupuncture)for 8 weeks.The Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS),psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the UPDRS-Ⅰ,UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ,UPDRS-Ⅳscore of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton depression Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological,psychological and social environment scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding the Spirit-tuning acupuncture to the treatment of Parkinson's depression patients can effectively solve their emotional problems and improve their quality of life.关键词
