Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Labor-Delivery-Recovery-Postpartum(LDRP)on self-care ability and exclusive breastfeeding efficiency of primipara after natural delivery.Method:A total of 96 primipara who had natural delivery in Beijing Chaoyang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to envelope random method, including control group(n=47,with routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=49,with LDRP mode intervention).Self-care ability, psychological state, exclusive breastfeeding efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the scores of Everyday Self-care Activity(ESCA)scale and Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form(BSES-SF)scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Anxiety(HADS-A)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Depression-(HADS-D)were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LDRP model can improve the self-care ability of primipara after natural delivery, improve the psychological state of primipara and improve the efficiency of pure breastfeeding, and the nursing satisfaction is higher.关键词
